Goodwill Columbus: As Goodwill Columbus shifted their focus to the growth of their retail operations, they needed their website to evolve as well. So we replaced Goodwill’s older technology with a user-friendly content management system that they can update themselves. The site’s design is responsive, automatically resizing for tablets and other mobile devices. It’s visually appealing, with new photography and built-in social channel interaction in the form of a Facebook “slider.” Prominently placed locator tools drive visitors to the most-requested areas of interest. And to help the site work even harder, we embedded email sign-ups throughout to aid in Goodwill’s constituent database development. So rather than simply promoting their mission, Goodwill Columbus’ site now works harder to help fund the very programs driven by that important mission.
